This contract constitutes an order for wedding photographs, prints and albums. It is understood that all  negatives, digital files, proofs, and sample prints remain the property of the photographer Linda Trotter, Photography by Linda, and may be used for advertising, display, or any purpose deemed proper by  Photography by Linda. Any duplication of proofs without the written consent of Photography by Linda will be considered copyright infringement, and may result in termination of this contract without photographs. 2. Although all care will be taken with digital files, negatives, and photographs of the wedding, photographer  limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver pictures for any reason, to the return of deposit made. 3. It is understood that no other photographer, professional or amateur, will be allowed to photograph the  wedding while the photographer and assistant from Photography By Linda are working.   Breach of this agreement will constitute non-completion of this order, with no liability to the photographer  Linda Trotter and Photography by Linda, and with the loss of all deposits by signing party.  4. A charge of $25.00 per photograph may be added to payment for reprints for removal of videographer or other from background during ceremony, should contracting party require touch-ups before receiving proofs. 5. Upon signing, and payment of non-refundable deposit of $200.00, photographer Linda Trotter will reserve the time and date agreed upon. Only this contract may apply to date agreed upon, thus, deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding canceled for any reason. A wedding may only be canceled in writing. 6. Meals must be provided for photographers during the reception. 7. When wedding is out-of-town, a two-person hotel room near the reception, is provided for the photographer. A travel fee of .50 cents per mile will apply to wedding locations up to 350 miles. (Fee is limited at $200.00)  8. Contracting party will appoint a minimum of one person to keep extended relatives, to be photographed  for after-ceremony and group photographs, within a specified area due to time restraints and limitations. 9. Packages must be ordered within six months of delivery of proofs or contract will be voided and  package chosen will no longer apply. All reprints from proofs must then be purchased individually.
